Design and Customisation
Our technical teams know exactly what all of our products are capable of. So, if there isn't a product that fits the specification you need, we offer a design and customisation service. Bespoke solutions can be created by either modifying an existing product or by designing something new from scratch.
At Rugged we have a small team of in-house engineers that can quickly turn great ideas into successful products. Thanks to 3D printing, we can offer concept modelling & functional prototyping that allows us flexibility to create, test and refine your ideas without committing to costly production tooling.
Stage & Configuration
We offer a full Stage & Configuration service to get you up and running with your new equipment. We can also train your team on how to get the most out of your equipment.
Maintenance & Repair
All our products come with warranty (up to years) against defective workmanship or materials. Furthermore, if you break or damage a piece of equipment, our repair service will come to the rescue. We also have an in-house service centre to keep your computers in top condition and working smoothly.
